It is made in a style that is true to the Pinot Noir grape, which produces the most elegant and delightful sparkling wines in the world. A very enjoyable and invigorating rosé Sekt. The perfect drink to welcome friends or to enjoy outside on the patio.

At Villa Wolf, we use an unofficial, Burgundy-style classification of the vineyards, based on an 1828 property value assessment.

There are three levels of vineyard quality: First Growth (grand cru), Second Growth (premier cru) and Village vineyards.

Villa Wolf  Riesling Wachenheimer Belz Dry 2016: “Cool and crisp with cassis and white-flower aromas. This is a very attractive and rather elegant dry Pfalz riesling with a long, quite mineral finish.” 91 points

Villa Wolf Riesling Foster Pechstein Dry 2016: “Still yeasty and a bit cloudy, this is quite a concentrated wine with pronounced lime-marmalade note and a long-elegant finish.”
