Villa Wolf Riesling Sparkling Wine Brut

In 2014, we harvested the grapes for this new Riesling sparkling wine in the Wachenheimer Goldbächel vineyard. After the classic second fermentation and almost two years of aging in the bottle, we have now disgorged it. The result is a wonderful Pfalz Riesling Sekt Brut, with aromatic fruit, great acidity and fine perlage.

Villa Wolf Chardonnay Secco

Elegant perlage in a fruity and balanced body. For this Chardonnay Secco the grapes were specially selected and gently harvested. The storage on the fine yeast gives the Secco density, fullness and a beautiful interplay of fruit, sweetness and a mild acidity.
The elegant and charming perlage goes wonderfully with the fruity and balanced body.

Villa Wolf Rosé Secco

With beguiling fruit aromas, delicate and light at the same time, this is the ideal summer wine. The grapes grown on sandstone soils produce a perfectly balanced wine with the necessary concentration and fruity acidity.

Pinot Gris Old Vines

The vineyard from which these grapes are obtained was planted back in 1969 and produces wines characterized by a fine fruit and great complexity. It is fermented and also matures in large wooden barrels until it can develop its full aroma in the bottle.

Pinot Noir Old Vines

This Pinot Noir is made from grapes of old vines, which allow only a small yield, but thereby also provide an admirable aroma in the single berry. These wines are aged for at least 24 months in used oak barrels.
